Ageing and employment: identification of good practice to increase job opportunities and maintain older workers in employment

The central part of the research consisted of 41 organisational case studies. This was complemented by analysis of the strenghts and weaknesses of the national institutional framework within which the organisations operate together with the exploration of selected good practice examples of initiatives of social partners, NGO's and national or regional policy-makers.
